We've used Mimeo for years. They always deliver a great quality product. Be sure to order plenty of time in advance to save on shipping!

Hands down the best!

Hands down, Mimeo has the best customer service I have experienced. You call, they answer and they resolve the problem. Recently, they called me because there was a problem with an order going to 25 different locations. After discussing the issue and the options, the customer support person did all of the steps needed to cancel the original order and place a new order for the 25 locations, saving me from the stress and time.

Repeat formatting could be easier

I order the same format every time and would like for options to default to my usual specifics (binder, full color, double sided, bind on short side. Also I'd like for it to display as binder on short side so that I can see what it will look like.

1 small request

The only thing I would like; is the ability to provide a note. For example, on this order there were very specific instructions for the outside of the envelope but no where to put that text in the order form.

almost every time we order loose pages…

almost every time we order loose pages with Tabs, the Tabs are bent and smashed and are unusable.
Despite many complaints, there is never any improvement. This has everything to do with the way that you are packaging the items. Tight shrink-wrap over the exposed tabs causes the damage. We spend entirely too much money on printing with Mimeo to receive shoddy materials over and over....

Good review for Spring 2022

Hi, we had a few packages that did not arrive on the scheduled requested date and caused an issue on our end. I know that it may have been Fedex's fault but there was no notice from anyone on your end to advise us there was or may be an issue with the delivery. Other than that, everything else was okay.

Sarah did a great job keeping the project moving and making sure the deliverables were in on time (or early). I felt like we were in great hands and couldn't have asked for a better experience with my first RFP.

Terrible experience with customer service

The system I work for sent this company a check in error, meaning that we owed them no money. They then cashed the check, never contacted us, and now trying to get that refunded has been nothing but trouble.
